For experienced leaders: Coaching leadership II
Leading cooperation
It’s great when your company or your group grows. And I don’t need to tell you that your work and your role change as a result. As the number of people grows, the number of collaborative relationships grows even faster: in a group of 50 people, there are 1225 (!) individual relationships in which collaboration takes place.

Thema’s
How do you ensure that collaboration works well and aligns with what you as an organisation, project or team want to achieve and who you want to be? When should you intervene and what should you definitely avoid? How do you ensure that the way you collaborate works, in achieving results and in job satisfaction? That’s what this training is about.
- What sort of collaboration leads to what kind of results?
- Collaboration and culture: how do they relate to each other?
- How does collaboration develop, and what is your role in it?
- What influence do you have on how others collaborate?
- How do you manage the desired collaboration?
- And how do you do that in a way that still leaves you time for other things?
- How can you help groups develop?
