We are happy to design a training course that exactly fits the needs of your organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We agree on the desired results of a training program in advance and fine tune the exact content of the training with the participants. We always provide after training care, for example in the form of coaching, peer consultation groups or setting up a community.

Open training courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Several times a year we organize leadership training courses that you can participate in with one or more people, for starting leaders and for those with a lot of experience, in Dutch or English. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advantage of open-enrollment training is that you meet participants doing similar work in other organizations. It is often very enlightening to see and hear how things are done elsewhere and it is helps building your network. Participants usually lead at a (tech) startup \/ scale up or at a university. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
